• No loud or unreasonable noises. All audio devices must be in personal listening mode only.
• No harassment of Transit Staff or other riders. Actions of hostility of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Keep conversations with drivers to a minimum. No distracting the driver.
• Must have exact change. Drivers do not carry cash nor make change.
• Let the driver know you’d like the next stop by pulling the stop pull cord about one block before your stop.
• Front seats are reserved for seniors and persons with disabilities.
• No animals, except for service animals.
• Proper hygiene is required. Included but not limited to unreasonable odors from the person’s body or personal property. Any passenger presenting a biohazard may be asked to leave the vehicle.
• Children under the age of (10) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• No standing beyond the standee line or door wells while riding the bus.
• No defacing, destroying or otherwise vandalizing any Public Transit Property. These acts are punishable by law.
• Full fare is required. Customer must present their pass when requested by Public Transit System staff or authorized City Employee.
• No soliciting, selling, or offering for sale goods, items, or services within the Public Transit System.
• No smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking is allowed on the bus (water okay).
• No sleeping, loitering, or camping on the bus. A new fare is required after one complete loop. Two loops maximum.
• Contents and children are not allowed to ride in strollers or carts while the bus is in motion. Strollers and carts must be folded up and contents contained to the rider’s lap.
